With cigarette burns, the heat melts the seat cover as well as the foam underneath. To repair this, we trim the melted seat cover to eliminate the hard edges. Then we cut new foam to fit the hole, this is glued into place.

We then match the seat cover colour from our selection of fibres, mixing many different colour fibres together to get the right colour.

These are then glued over and around the new foam.

To finish, a spray glue is applied over the seat and the fibres are blown over the whole area to blend in and make the repair invisible.
